Terence M. Donnelly (Chairman)

Mr. Donnelly has worked extensively in executive search in the digital media, marketing services and technology industry for over twenty years. He is EVP and Practice Leader of the Digital Practice at Mandrake, as well as the firm's Chief Information and Privacy Officer with accountability for Mandrake and its operating subsidiaries, wwwork!com and Nexcareer Management Services. He is a Director of Active Control Technologies (TSX-V:ACT), CEO and Director of China Opportunity Inc. (TSX-V:COI), and was Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee of Atlantis Systems Corp. (TSX:AIQ) from 2004-2008. He is a member of the management advisory board of the Manta Group, a privately held technology strategy firm ranked by Profit Magazine as the 13th fastest growing company in Canada, and Rugman.com, a leader in online retailing of home décor products. He is a Canadian Director of the Right to Play Foundation, one of the world's largest humanitarian organizations using sport as a means for education and development supporting over 500,000 children in over 20 countries.


Kevin Astle
Kevin draws on over 25 years of progressive international marketing, sales and general management experience working with many of the world's leading marketers and brands on both sides of the Client/Agency desk in North America and Europe.

His diverse, multi-industry experience over a broad range of consumer, business to business, professional and industrial sectors includes: Consumer Packaged Goods; Sports and Entertainment; Retail; Technology and Telecommunications.

For more than a decade, Kevin has championed service breadth, robust process and international infrastructure development for leading Marketing agencies, successfully brokering mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and the structured recruitment of top professionals across an ever evolving marketing communications world including Interactive Communications; Advertising; Promotions; Social Media; PR; Direct Marketing; Web-Based CRM; Branded Entertainment and Event Sponsorship.

As an entrepreneur, owner, corporate executive, industry spokesman, senior consultant and business leader, he has established his reputation and a senior level network across the Americas and beyond. Current focus areas include the international expansion of immersive digital marketing services and the new opportunities for great brands to create breakthrough global partnerships with creative agencies, built around unique branded entertainment properties on and offline.


Jeffery Friedman
Jeffery Friedman is currently with Edgemere Capital Inc., a venture capital and investment management company. Prior to joining Edgemere in 2006, he was President and CEO of Depco International Inc., an automotive parts manufacturer with $125 million in annual revenues and 800 employees.

After practicing law from 1988 to 1997 as a partner at Blaney, McMurtry, Mr. Friedman held a number of senior management positions at various Canadian public companies, including Director of Purchasing and Retail Administration at Dylex, Chief Administrative Officer of Unique Broadband Systems, and VP, Business Development and General Counsel of Minacs. Mr. Friedman previously served as a director of Motivus Inc., a publicly traded Canadian company.


Ian Halliday
Mr. Halliday is currently the Managing Director at ARC Business Solutions in Toronto. His background includes extensive experience in the software, consulting telecommunications and insurance industries. In 1994 he led the acquisition of Pagenet UK and LANSA USA which was melded into a new entity, Lava Systems Inc. which then completed a successful IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange, raising $17.5 million.

in 1999, Mr. Halliday was recruited for the role of President of Keane Canada Inc. a division of the Boston based billion-dollar professional service firm. Following a successful term with Keane, he was approached by the Innovation Group (TiG) to assume the role of President of both their International and North American Divisions. TiG provides process improvement solutions to the world's leading property and casualty insurers. Mr Halliday left TiG to join SilverBirch and was instrumental in the early stage investment and corporate development for the company, including the company's successful listing on the Toronto Venture Exchange. Mr Halliday joined ARC in March 2006.

Mr. Halliday holds a degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Charles Sturt University in Australia.
